Cancellation: If you wish to cancel our services for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible. If you have paid for our services in advance, we will refund your payment in accordance with the terms outlined below.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued in the following circumstances:

a. If we are unable to provide our services to you due to unforeseen circumstances, you can apply for refund.

b. If you cancel our services within 24 hours of making payment, we will provide a full refund.

c. If you cancel our services after 24 hours but before we have started working on your application, we will not provide refund.

d. If you cancel our services after we have started working on your application, we will not provide a refund.

Non-Refundable Services: Please note that some services, such as document evaluation or application processing fees, may be non-refundable. We will inform you of any non-refundable services before you make payment.

Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method you used to make payment, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Timing of Refunds: Refunds timing & refund amount will be depending upon college & university policy. Mastermind Immigration just gives you assistant.
